After basic sshd setup with public keys and doas, dived into installing package.. indeed without reading man spent quite a few time changed /etc/installurls mirror good to go but the mirror I chose was slow I haven't figured a way to find fastest mirror.

Vim was first package installed and used Pkglocatedb to see where files are located. Initially I thought running icecast might need twinkering but wow with OBSD specific instructions in /usr/local/share/doc/pkg-readmes/ just sit back and follow.

Really happy so far.. Added Synapse(Matrix) to to-do list.

Now I think about it, there is no traffic other than me!!
